small bathroombroken thermostat
i had a couple of issues . the bathroom felt rather small. also, the thermostat didn't seem to work at all (it literally fell apart when i tried to adjust the temperature). i was definitely disappointed there was no pool.

The location was convenient. It was easy to get around. The staff was cute and helpful (especially Jasmine). The room was large enough, so I felt at home.
The room smelled musty. The WiFi connection was poor in the room. I could hear noise from the outside corridor. The walls seemed thin.

i found the staff very friendly they helped with directions. the king suite sofa bed was spacious it had a separate living area i appreciated that a lot.
